Established by award winning Chef Kaibil Velazquez. He achieved distinguished qualifications, with intense culinary training under some of the world’s renowned Master Chefs. They inspired his passion, resulting in an astonishing repertoire. Velazquez has been part of exceptional award winning brigades in establishments such as: Simply French (Melbourne), Lynch’s (Australia’s only Michelin Gold Statue recipient), Michael’s Riverside (Brisbane), Milch (Falls Creek; with Kaibil being named best Chef on the alpine resort), and Palazzo Versace.

Kaibil has received accolades in various magazines and newspapers including: Open House, Chef to Chef (ACF), South Coast Style (Hot Restaurateur/chef 2007/2006, Host in 2007 Tucker Trail), Holidays for Couples 2004/2005, Weekends for Two 2004/2005. Kaibil has appeared on television, demonstrating his culinary skills.
